A Las Vegas mailing address doesn't tell you which building department will review your plans. It could be the City of Las Vegas, unincorporated Clark County, Henderson or North Las Vegas. Each has its own portal, review times, fire review and inspection scheduling. We confirm the jurisdiction for your parcel before we build the schedule.
