Modern Ridge Builders LLC is a commercial general contractor serving Las Vegas, Henderson and the rest of the Las Vegas Valley. It is led by principal Tyler Grove.
What does Modern Ridge Builders build?
Ambulatory surgery centers, medical and dental office build-outs, tenant improvements, office build-outs, retail, restaurant and hospitality, and industrial projects, plus preconstruction and estimating. We do both ground-up construction and fast-turn tenant improvements.
What areas do you serve?
The whole Las Vegas Valley: Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley and the southwest valley, Enterprise, Centennial Hills and the northwest valley, and the rest of Southern Nevada.
Is Modern Ridge Builders licensed?
Yes. Modern Ridge Builders LLC holds Nevada State Contractors Board license #0095536, classification B-2 (Residential and Small Commercial), and is licensed and insured. You can verify it on the NSCB license search.
Who runs Modern Ridge Builders?
Tyler Grove, founder and principal. Tyler started his construction career in 2005 with a family-owned commercial company and owned Golden Creek Construction from 2014 to 2023.
Who will manage my project?
The same people who bid your job manage it through completion, with direct access to Tyler Grove.
How do you price projects?
From thorough takeoffs and real subcontractor pricing. We prepare lump-sum and GMP bids and work on competitive and negotiated projects.
How quickly do you respond?

Do you build surgery centers?
Yes. Ambulatory surgery centers are our deepest specialty. We plan the build around the licensing and accreditation path you are pursuing, for example AAAHC or The Joint Commission, plus Nevada state health requirements.
Can I see your work?
Yes. The projects page shows the Sustain Vegas office tenant improvement in Las Vegas and the CheerCats tenant improvement in Henderson, among others.
