Centennial Hills & Northwest Las Vegas Commercial Contractor
Medical, office, retail and restaurant tenant improvements across Centennial Hills, Skye Canyon and the northwest valley, from a contractor with a Las Vegas mailing address on North Durango Drive.
Mostly City of Las Vegas, with county pockets
Centennial Hills and most of the northwest valley along the US-95 corridor, including newer areas such as Skye Canyon, are inside the City of Las Vegas. Building permits there go through the City's Building & Safety division, with all new commercial plans submitted electronically. The northwest edge also has unincorporated Clark County parcels mixed in, and their permits go to the County instead. We confirm the jurisdiction for the exact parcel before building the schedule. The City has adopted the 2024 International Building Code family of codes, effective January 2026, so designs started under older codes may need a check.
Healthcare in the northwest valley
The northwest valley has a growing healthcare cluster, anchored by Centennial Hills Hospital on North Durango Drive, with medical office buildings, clinics, imaging, dental and specialty practices nearby. Healthcare is a core focus for us. We build medical and dental office build-outs, specialty clinics and imaging suites, and ambulatory surgery centers, our deepest specialty. Healthcare tenants need early coordination of medical gas, plumbing, dedicated power, low-voltage and equipment rough-ins, and we start that during preconstruction.
Neighborhood retail, restaurants and offices
Residential growth across Centennial Hills, Skye Canyon and the Kyle Canyon corridor has brought new neighborhood centers with restaurants, fitness, services and retail, as well as small professional offices. We build retail and restaurant tenant improvements in new and occupied centers, and office build-outs for professional firms. For eligible small projects, the City of Las Vegas offers a counter review track. Business or retail tenant improvements up to 1,500 square feet can be reviewed within one business day of submission, which can take weeks off a small project's schedule. Restaurants and other projects that may need a grease interceptor are not eligible for counter review.
